Attorney Kate Downes will overview the importance of the Massachusetts Health Care Proxy. This document allows individuals to designate agents who have authority to make medical decisions if a physician determines that the individual is unable to make or communicate a medical decision for themselves.  Sample documents will be available for those who wish to complete a personalized form, so attendees should come prepared with complete names, addresses, and telephone numbers for their listed agents.
